Content description
Bond by Thomas Marlow, son of Thomas Marlow, of Barkum, co. Berks, to Thomas Hamond, of Yately, co. Hants, carpenter, in £200 not to molest Hamond in the possession of a messuage or tenement, with barn, stable and outhouses, and a piece of land adjoining, also six pieces of land lying in the common field of Yately, co. Hants, which the said Marlow at the last general court held for the manor of Crondall surrendered into the hands of the lord for the use of Hamond and his heirs for ever. The premises were lately held by Tobias Feltham, Marlow's grandfather.
