Memorandum of surrender, by Thomas Hammond, a customary tenant of the manor of Crondall, by the acceptance of William Nunns and Henry Searl, two tenants, of a messuage or tenement with 3 acres of land, in Yately near Wellmoor Bottom, to the use of Edward Stent, of Yately, sawyer. If Hammond pays Stent £50 on the first day of the next General Court of the Manor, with interest at the rate of 5% the surrender shall be void.
