Indenture of lease, by the Provost and College, to Thomas Aynscombe, of Maighfeild, esquire, upon surrender of a lease to Thomas Cooke, of the site of the rectory or parsonage of Leomynster with all appurtenances in Leominster, Poling, Hampton and Arundell, except the advowson of the vicarage of Leomynster and Poling, also excepting all courts leets and profits of the same and all waifs, strays, reliefts, fines, heriots, wards, marriages, escheats, and all great trees. From this date for 21 years. Rent £9 3s 4d and 21 quarters 2 bushels of wheat and 3 quarters of malt, and a boar or 26s 8d for the same.
