Counterpart of lease, by the Provost and College to John Lucas, of Burpham, yeoman, and Sarah Hunt, of Warningcamp, widow, upon surrender of the foregoing, of the site of the rectory or parsonage of Leomynster with all appurtenances in Leominster, Poling, Hampton and Arundell, except the advowson of the vicarage of Leomynster and Poling, also excepting all courts leets and profits of the same and all waifs, strays, reliefs, fines, heriots, wards, marriages, escheats, and all great trees. From old Lady day 1803 for 10 years. Rent £9 3s 4d and 1530 gallons of wheat, 216 gallons of malt, and a boar or 26s 8d for the same. Together with £19 12s in consideration of the redemption of land tax.
