Content description
Copy of Thomas Biddulph, son of Charles Biddulph, Burton, 18 December 1777, to the Bursar and gentlemen of Eton College, on behalf of his father who is ill with gout, saying that his claim to the tythes of Warningcamp is as good as that he has to Burton and his other estates which were the late Sir William Goring's, who died upwards of 50 years ago.

Copy of Richard Wyatt, Steyning 3 January 1778, to the same. He holds the tythes of Coartweek farm in Lemenster on the same terms as Sir James and Sir George Coalbrook did in paying 6s 8d a year to the vicar of Lemenster. He had his title approved by Mr Dewain when he purchased the estate.
