Copy of Richard Wyatt, Steyning 3 January 1778, to the same. He holds the tythes of Coartweek farm in Lemenster on the same terms as Sir James and Sir George Coalbrook did in paying 6s 8d a year to the vicar of Lemenster. He had his title approved by Mr Dewain when he purchased the estate.
