Content description
The Provost and College, John Faldoe and Robert Fowkes, plaintiffs, against James Waferer, James Digby, John Smith and Giles James, defendants, by English bill, concerning the tythes of Clopham, whether they belong to the Rectory of Okeley, or the Rectory of Clopham, order that the plaintiffs shall enjoy the tythes only within the great wood called Bayns Wood containing 70 acres lying within the precincts or tytheable places of Clopham. Touching all other tythes in Clopham they shall have no right. Easter term 5 Charles I, May 1629.
