Counterpart of lease, by the Provost and College, upon surrender of his former lease, to John, Lord Trevor, Baron of Brumham, of the Rectory and parsonage of Brumham and all manner of tythes of corn and grain, hay and wood to the same belonging and all manner of tythes of fruits, oblations, obventions, profits, commodities, advantages and emoluments whatsoever at anytime heretofore belonging in and upon the same, and all the grange and messuage in Bromham with all lands pertaining to the same in Brumham, Stackden and Steventon, co. Beds, except the advowson of the vicarage of Bromham. From Michaelmas last for 10 years. Rent £4 13s 4d and 3 quarters 4 bushels 2 pecks of wheat and 4 quarters 5 bushels 2 pecks of malt or their money equivalent and 20 weather sheep or £12 and 40s to the Crown.
