Content description
An exact account by William Staines, steward to Lord Trevor of the number of acres in Bromham Lordship exclusive of the Glebe Land. Annotated "NB Lord Trevor's steward came to College in April '62 and gave in this valuation; but in discoursing and examining him upon it, he came at last to allow that the College interest there might be worth £150 per annum".
