Content description
This is not a lease book but a terrier, giving lessees, term and rent. At rear of volume, a folded plan of the estate in 1852, showing plot numbers 1 to 174. The folio numbers correspond to the plot numbers. For each property, a double page shows plan and elevation, number on the plan, date of original lease and name of lessee, description of premises, term, rent and assignments.
