The compiling and auditing of the annual final account was ordered in the Statutes. The final account was to be made up to Michaelmas from Michaelmas in the previous year, and to be audited on a day in October or November. The auditors are the provost, vice-provost, precentor, sacrist, the two bursars, and two other senior fellows.

In 1506, there was a change from long rolls to annual parchment quires.
