Made between Evan Evans, gent., agent for the Provost and Fellows of Eton College, and Charles Van of Lanwern [Llanwern], Mon., esq. Lease of priories/manors in Netherwent, Monmouthshire.
Endorsed: Mr Van says that there shall be no forfeiture of the lease for non-payment unless the rent be first demanded.
