He is now able to send a detailed account of Vaughan's timber defalcations, and is convinced that the College has been robbed of an enormous amount, not only by suppression of information but by the low price at which timber appears to have been sold. Mr Vaughan has passed the Bankrupt Court at Bristol, but the College ought to indict him for fraud at the next Monmouth Assizes. Windsor.
