Littleton to the Revd. Stephen Sleech: he appealed unsuccessfully against the land tax rated upon the College for the tithes and grist mill at Goldcliff. He obtained only £5 for the walnut tree which has been felled but not yet carried off. Williams refuses to give him possession of the orchard, and he wants instructions how to proceed.
