Evan Evans to [Dr Sleech]: sends details of the agreement made with Mr Van which Williams will embody in a memorandum to be signed by Van. He made Tamplin see the danger he was in so that he offered a composition of £80 instead of the balance of £6 in his own favour that he had claimed at the start of their conversation.
