Bold to Roberts: sends a copy of a letter from Waters, Newport, 29 July 1816, asking for money to pay the workmen. Bold has instructed Waters to see that Morgan does not begin the second half of the wall before receiving specific instructions to do so. He sent a clerk to see the work and provide money for the workmen.
