Copy of breviate in case between Christopher Whichcott, esq., and others, plaintiffs, and Thomas Morgan, esq., and others, defendants.
The brief recites the effect of the plaintiffs' bill, defendants' rejoinders, and the issues that need to be proved concerning the fine payable by tenants of the manor of Goldcliff, Nash and Coldrey [Coldra].
