Concerning Wayhouse and Old Barn Farms, sublet by Bloxham & Whiston Ironstone Co Ltd, lessees of Eton College, to Mr S.A. Tustain by agreement of 2 August 1916. Tustain was in arrear with his rent and was persuaded to terminate tenancy agreement early. Reletting of farms to Mr. T.G. Miller.
