Draft building agreement prepared by Peake & Co., Bedford Row, between Eton College and [blank], the tenants, concerning redevelopment of property in the parish of St John, Hampstead (bounds given - all in Adelaide Road, Fellows Road, King Henry's Road, Primrose Hill Road, Merton Rise, Elsworthy Rise, King's College Road and Mews).
The College agrees to grant leases for 99 years from 29 September 1962; the tenants covenant immediately to apply to the London County Council for outline planning permission to redevelop the site and to submit detailed plans to Eton College; thereafter to apply for full planning permission, to use a specified architect (left blank), obtain vacant possession as early as possible in order to redevelop the site. 4 schedules annexed.
