Content description
Tracing of Cock Close estate, between Keate's Lane and the site of the later Memorial Buildings, showing past and present occupiers of property, with dimensions.
N.d.: it predated the building of Hawtrey and Durnford Houses, and provides a different order of occupants of houses from that given in the Eton Guide (6th edition, revised 1964); the names suggest that it probably dates from 1829-34.
Scale: 1 inch to 2ft
