Awkwardness has arisen about the presentation of leaving money. In future it should be placed in an envelope directed by the parent and bearing his name only, and the envelope handed over by the boy. Hawtrey will then acknowledge the gift directly to the parent. Covering letter from Harry Dupuis to [William King], 9 July [1838], added on same paper
