That the name of the Prelate and the Patriot of whom Norfolk is proud may appear united in the same plate this portrait of the Rt. Reverend Father in God Henry Bathurst Bishop of Norwich is most respectfully dedicated to Thomas William Coke Esq. MP for Norfolk, by their much obliged and most obedient servant W.C. Edwards.
