States that he writes in a rush as it is school time. He has had no cricket, so hence he can write. Sends his regrets that his uncle is unwell. He has been promised another whole fishing day by Mister Barten. Robin is obliged for the [minnow?] and likes it very much. Asks if she could get him a watch and send it to him.
