Addressed to "Monsieur le Conseillor prive of Medicin de sa Majeste le Roi a Berlin". Has left William in the care of his dame Mrs Griffinhoof, who knows his daughter so will take extra care of him. Good news from Guadaloupe resulted in a half holiday. Dr Goodall examined him and found him fit for Upper School so sent him to Dr Heath. He was to have an interview with Dr Goodall, into whose house he would go after the holidays. Fortunate escape from being a prisoner in France. 6 guineas paid to the Dame, 5 to Dr Heath. Written from London.
