Second Part of a letter only: detailing Society nuptials and expressing happiness that the young Emperor so deserves is noted all over Austria. It was the same population that had abused the former ruler. They are so fickle in their shouts of ire or joy. He is trustful and sensitive and it is difficult for him to unravel those he can confide in and those who are treacherous. She is glad that one person has been got rid of who was not trustworthy but clever and a hazard who believed in his own invulnerability.
