Addressed to "Mr J.C. Keate at the Revd E. Coleridge's, Eton, Windsor". Apologises for not writing sooner. Can spend holidays at Hartley if good. Provost has visited him. Sorry to hear of troubles at Windsor Fair. Tutor and Mr Dupuis complain of bad handwriting, and poor derivations and exercises. Asks him to send copies of every exercise for him to check. Complains about standard of what he has received so far. Written from Hartley.
