Addressed to 'Mr Baratty No 9. Inner Temple Lane London Inghilterra.' Recalls his visit to Naples, describes the inhabitants as 'vile' and the streets as 'filthy'. States that in respect to morality the Prince is no better than the lowest porter. Comments on the lack of faith and the no law obedience. No building is equipped for winter weather, they feel the cold more than in England. Written from Rome.
