Addressed to 'Rev. Rich. Durnford Sandleford Newbury Berks.' Update on estates and accounts paid. Baratty copies out a letter from Edward Houlditch asking him to draw up a marriage settlement between himself and Miss Durnford, with £10000 stock to be settled upon her after Houlditch's death. Baratty also writes to Durnford to ask whether he is aware of the 'affair' and the settlement. Written from Temple.
