Unexecuted assignment of trust from Richard Wright, Matthew Bust and John Bell, surviving feoffees, to the new feoffees of 2 tenements in the High Street Windsor, for the use of the poor, 19 March 1637/8. Signed and sealed. Endorsed “Memorandum 1638. The feoffees did not pass over their tenements to new feoffees, till only three of them were survivors viz Mr Wright Mr Bust Mr Bell named in this indenture. The College nominated new feoffees and Mr Wright and Mr Bust passed over the tenements but possession was not taken from them only Mr Bell refused to pass over the tenements the space of one whole year in which time Mr Bust and Mr Wright died, whereupon this indenture was thought to be void. But thought meet to be kept… Mr Bell assigned his trust anno domini 1639 being then the only surviving feoffee”
