Copy of the settlement made by Mr Buckingham and his wife of Eton Wick, farmer, concerning a customary tenement of the manor of Shottesbrooke in New Windsor on the west side of the High Street [Thames Street]; a messuage called Wick Farm in Eton; meadow called Home Close; pasture called Little Hide; arable land called Wheat Butts; meadow called Calves Close in Boveney; land in New Close; land in Great Hide; meadow in Waterslade; land in Sheepcote Gate; cottage in Wick Farm; and other land to Henry Davy and Lemuel Leppington for their use during the lives of the said Owen Buckingham and Mary his wife, 6 April 1694.
