An account of one years chief rents due to Eton College for the estates of Coldrey, Goldcliff and Modbury. Coldrey and Modbury due on the 11th October 1907 and Modbury on Ladyday 1908. Each account for the individual estate contains a list on tenants, lands they were charged for and how much, and the total paid for them.
