Content description
Provisional and amended provisional valuation of a house on Brocas St, Eton. For the original it states the occupier as Mr Winter and has an accompanying letter of the procedure of what to do if unhappy with the valuation. For the amended valuation. Mr Winter is also the occupier for the amended valuation with an increased Original Gross of £600. The amended valuation also includes two letters, one with acknowledgement of the amendment and the other stating that it would be necessary to make an occasion valuation. Also contains the letters between the bursar and Lovegrove and Durant, detailing the need for the amendment.
