A rough tracing of the Hullavington estate, with numbered and coloured buildings which correspond to those on the provisional valuation. With accompanying letter detailing this.
A letter stating that a portion of the farm is let by Sir Audley Needl and a request to show which areas of land belong to him. A follow up letter which explains how Sir Needl only lets the land
Two letters acting as acknowledgements for the receipts of other letters.
Handwritten notes concerning the areas of Hullavington
A letter stating that three areas of land were to be subject to separate valuations rather than one. There are two copies and some handwritten notes.
