Content description
A series of letters concerning the sale/letting of Waterloo Farm. Enquiries begin after and advertisement in the Farmer and Stockbreeder when it is detailed that rather than sell the farm it was willing to be let to the right tenant. Letters show the negotiation mainly between Mr. Evans, Mr. Eccles and Mr. Mace. The letters then tell of how the farm is let to Mr. Mace and further letters detail the work which needed to be done on the farm.
