Title from a printed leaf pasted on the first flyleaf of the part for Viola I (Leader) with the note: "Performed at the Davis-Lewis Theatre, Liverpool, and recently by the staff of the Godolphin & Latymer School, Hammersmith. For right of performance, use of libretto, chorus parts, piano score, full score, band parts (MS.) application should be made to A.M.G. [the author], 99 Montpellier Road, Brighton".
