Content description
Stephen Mallatratt's stage adaptation of 'The Woman in Black' premiered in Scarborough at the Stephen Joseph Theatre as a Christmas ghost story in 1987. Following the London premiere at the Lyric Hammersmith in January 1989 it transferred to the Playhouse in April 1989 and the Fortune Theatre in August 1989.
