The exhibition was held at The Wallace Collection, Manchester Square, London between 3 November 2005 and 5 February 2006. The exhibition was centred around Powell’s sequence of twelve novels, ‘A Dance to the Music of Time’, which was inspired by Nicolas Poussin’s painting ‘Dance to the Music of Time’, which is part of the Wallace Collection.
