Corrected manuscript, 242pp., with additional manuscript plot notes, and a discarded portion.
Several corrected typescripts, some written under different titles including 'Backfire' and 'The Dynamite Race'
Corrected advance proof, dated 1972
Also included are various published copies: UK edition (London: Collins, 1972) handback with dust-jacket; copy of the 1st American edition (New York: Bradbury Press, 1972) handback edition with dust-jacket; UK edition (London: Collins, 1973); and UK editions (London: Collins, 1978), these editions were part of the English Library series, Level 3, abridged and simplified by K.R. Cripwell
