This collection of manuscripts and typescripts are principally of unpublished works, however draft typescripts of articles or lectures that were later published are also included. A number of the typescripts have annotations.
The order of the transcripts has been maintained according to the arrangement at time the archive was acquired. The manuscripts and typescripts appear to be braodly arranged according to subject with MS 677 05 02 08 to MS 677 05 02 13 containing various writtings on Japan
