Containing typescript versions of the screenplays, divided into the various sequences. Written by Christopher Fry with Merchant acting as special consultant and assistant writer for the earlier sequences.
The scripts were sent to Merchant and some contain Merchant’s notes and annotations. Some related cuttings, papers and autograph notes have been inserted into some of the scripts
