Content description
Parchment scroll of King of Arms grant of licence to Charles Moulton for his sons Edward and Samuel to assume the surname of Barrett in addition to that of Moulton, and to assume the arms of their grandfather Edward Barrett of Cinnamon Hill, Jamaica; including the newly-drawn coat of arms by the College of Arms; with two seals, housed in a brown leather scroll case
Physical characteristics
One of the seals detached from the scroll; leather on box is crumbling and back hinge is broken.
