Content description
A collection of fourteen autograph letters and three greetings cards from Mary Russell Mitford, from 1825 onwards. Four of the letters are to Miss Lovejoy and are often very affectionate, but most of the recipients are unidenfied. One letter is mounted on card with a signed photograph of Mitford. Also included is a manuscript fragment containing an address, two envelopes and a printed appeal for subscriptions to help Mary Mitford with her father's debts.
