Content description
A prompt script typescript of 'A Desperate Remedy' in three acts - an adaptation by T. H. Tilley from Hardy's 'Desperate Remedies'. It was produced by the Hardy Players and performed in Dorchester on 15th, 16th and 17th November 1922 (or possibly 1920), and at the King's Hall, Covent Garden, on 21st November 1922. The prompt copy has ms. corrections and additions, red underlines, and is mis-paginated in several places.
Provenance
It is bound in green card with a ms. title on front cover: "Prompt Copy of "A Desperate Remedy."
