Draft script for an unproduced film of 'Tess of the d'Urbervilles' by Selznick Studios, screenplay by Allan Scott. There are five versions of the script: a rubber-stamped 'copy no. 18' with orange wrappers (complete script), a complete script in blue studio wrappers, a complete script marked 're-run, Vanguard Script', a incomplete script in blue studio wrappers (only parts I and II) and a script marked 'first treatment' and dated February 14 1946. The other scripts are dated July 12 1946.
