Also included in a number of the printed copies are various inserts, many of which are archival in nature.
This includes a memo book (c.1951-1954) with early notes about a memoir with a working title of ‘The Dream’ and etymological notes on the word ‘maze’.
Edward A. Craig’s copy contains various insertions and annotations, including typed and autograph notes, correspondence, press cuttings, proofs and specimen pages.
The French edition of the work contains colour photographs of Edward Gordon Craig, which has been captioned as the last photograph take of him by Nelly in the day before he fell.
