Printed at Culham, (Oxfordshire, England: Colin Franklin), 1981.
Regarding booksellers, the pamphlet was printed at Culham in April 1981 from a manuscript note in Craig’s Paris diary, dated 1932-1933. Kept with the pamphlet is the original box it was kept in. The item itself has been removed from the box for preservation purposes.
A large portion of the diary, edited by Franklin, was printed and published by the Bird & Bull Press in 1982
