Primarily consisting of typed letters to Edward A. Craig and to his sister Nelly Craig, from Batchelor, Ward & Co. solicitors, who were acting as the executors of the E. Gordon Craig estate, and Michael Kramer & Co. solicitors, who were acting of E.A. Craig’s behalf. The letters concern uncertainties over Edward Gordon Craig’s last will and testament and of his estate, as well the estate of Ellen Terry.

The file also includes autograph correspondence between Nelly Craig to her and Rosie Unsworth, her half-sister, concerning the difficulties that arose, and letters from A. Veinstein at the Bibliothèque Nationale, regarding the papers of Edward Gordon Craig
