This series contains the personal and professional correspondence of Edward A. Craig. It includes miscellaneous correspondence and a sub-series of letters, arranged in boxes by year, which predominantly related to his father Edward Gordon Craig; however, it also refers to some personal and other professional matters.

Originally organised by Edward A. Craig into five boxes, arranged by year. The majority of the letters are to Edward A. Craig and relate to his father, Edward Gordon Craig. However, some additional personal correspondence is also included.
This original arrangement has been maintained and this catalogue structure reflects his arrangement. Each box was given a date span and within each bracket, Craig created folder of correspondence relating to particular individuals or groups, such as ‘Family’ or ‘D.N.L’, often with a ‘general’ file for the miscellaneous letters.
