Autograph letters from Catherine Ritchie/Martineau (‘Cash’) mostly to her sister, Belinda, but includes one to Edward and five to Mary Booth (‘Baba’), as well as a couple to Belinda from Jack Martineau. The letters make references to James’s early courtship of Anne, and when he went missing in action in 1940; her own marriage to Jack Martineau (which Belinda had to miss because of illness); the death of Hubert Warre Cornish; and the death of Jack Martineau’s father.
