Content description
A collection of cartes-de-visites and calling cards used by members of the Sparks and Hardy families. There are cartes-de-visite of the following individuals: Tryphena Sparks, Martha Sparks (Hardy's cousins), Jemima Hardy (Hardy's mother) and Annie Lanham. There are two cartes-de-visite of Tryphena and Annie Lanham. Also included are calling cards of Mary and Kate Hardy (Hardy's sisters) and the trade card of Nathaniel Sparks Snr.
Arrangement
Each card has been given its own smaller envelope within the larger one. Duplicates are together.
