Vivian Hughes Ridler (1913-2009) was a printer, typographer and scholar. He was Printer to the University of Oxford at the Oxford UP from 1958 to 1978, and also established his own Perpetua Press that ran from 1931 to 1936.

Seventeen greetings cards privately printed by Vivian Ridler. Most of them have a poem printed on the front.
Provenance
Many of the greetings cards are in envelopes addressed to Robin Waterfield (1952-) and his wife, Sophie.
